Still not sure what to think???? I know Cleveland was making a big bid for Trubs, but San Fran did not want to trade away from Solomon. Feel Pace may have given up too much, but at the same time, he has said he wanted to find his own Brees and if he sees Trubs as that and is correct, then it was well worthwhile!
Unless of course the plan is to flip to Cleveland, which we will know shortly. Pace probably wanted to know someone would be there before he committed to that trade.
In the end, ecstatic he did not trade up for Watson!
