Well once contracts and deals hit the press you will be a wealthy man. This CEO has some spunk. I'd suggest though to stop trying to get in cheaper. Or just sell and move on!

The entire market world-wide is determined by forward looking events.

Up $40k and can't sell? You can always sell. Nothing stops anyone from selling ever, unless the stock is halted. No one goes up that much without taking some. If you have a cash account and money hasn't cleared, you can still sell. Take the restriction from the SEC and switch to a margin account the next day and you are in the clear.

Let's start here. Would it be safe to assume that someone who bought 12m shares has read the Merger PR? Because in the merger PR it laid out their business plan. Told us us about each of the divisions and their areas of focus. It also mentioned they were a new company.

Since you read the PR you must have known all this. So why are you saying they didn't tell us their business plan or pretending there should be contracts already
