might be the same reason I take a loan out when I have cash in the bank. I like using OPM and keep my own....

keeps the books good too with who's money is who's and who's debt is who's as well.

I don't know. I don't think you mix pots. They are currently separate entities and would be no different than asking McDonalds for the money. The fact that he owns both shouldn't override the fact that they are separate companies IMO.
