I think the PPS is going to heavily rely on more news to keep the volume and price up. News today was good, but I don't think it was good enough, especially without more details. We still have talks about whether there will or won't be a RS. That is still up in the air and has not yet been confirmed to not happen. Hoping we get more clarity in that department.
