the original *issue* remains .. in April 2017 as it did in Dec 2009 .. how to part *shares* out of
actual P2O investors .. of significance

relentlessly compress PPS DOWN .. well we all know what *volume* has done YTD since P2O was wrested back

or take PPS UP and pay those *costs* ..

such a dilemma and why i'm so curious to see how PTOI is *handled* with P2O's ability to execute
