That's true, as I have pointed out in the past. The exchange, based on their own statements, can modify their requirements in just about any way they see as being in their best interest. For the record, though, I think it's only a matter of time until we get the requirements fulfilled, and get listed, including the market cap requirement. It may be a lot sooner than we might think, but I don't see us getting listed there until next year, although that's just a guess. For the record, I'm all in, and working hard to get more money to get more stock at these stupid low prices. I think it's a quick double from here, and the next hurdle will be in the 30 to 40 cent range. No matter how good you are, it takes time to convince everyone that you're as good as you are. Luckily, that gets us some time to get more stock bought.
