The lawsuit was moronic to the nth degree.

But that doesn't change the fact that Imaging3 is a scam, was a scam, and always will be a scam.

And the company DOES NOT have a patent on the technology. If by some chance they get FDA approval, anybody can reverse engineer the device and sell it themselves
