just remember. this is a reipo not a restructure. Someone is buying the shares for $5m not the company getting $5m worth of shares for free and dumping it.
I honestly dont even know why people overreacted to a reipo of .78 and let it drop to .69.. the company clearly believes the price is worth at least .78 so anything below was free shares for us
