I respect you my friend! But, we will know the outcome in due time. On the positive side, no posted foreclosures or bankruptcies on Echo's assets to date. I know that this precarious situation is extremely stressful. If there is a foreclosure that results in bankruptcy, the Hx of the dirty parties involved may work to our favor. Otherwise, you need to relax. Prepare for the worst, but expect the best!
By the way, your catch phrase should be "tick tock" not "tic tac"...a breath mint.
