"This is a big money case. Lawyers don't quit big money cases if they are going to be on the winning side. This fellow DeCinque looks to be the low level lawyer who filed the pleadings, but doesn't argue them in court. It appears to me that J&J is thinning out the staff associated with this case and the high powered guys now have to do their own grunt work."
