Those are 1 and 2 tick traders off todays lows stacking the ask. Unfortunately we will see them on every uptick until more serious investors own most of the BVTK float. I ma patient I saw the exact same thing happen last year in SFO# it ran from .0001's to .0004's then dropped o exactly todays range on the lows then for patient shareholders who held it ran to multi pennies a few months later. BVTK is 100 times better than SFO# is IMO. Then the same happened in OWC# last fall. It ran from sub pennies to over $3.00 this year. I got in at .03's and we ran over .20, fell back to .08's and those who waited out the weeks of a storm and a lot of noise saw a slow steady climb many weeks later and KABOOM we took off and ran over $3.00 in the next 2 months after. It takes patience in the good stocks like BVTK! Bottom line when the others dropped we had a huge flopper problem for a few weeks before they really started to run again.
