If they are seeking funds from an investment bank would than not be a loan? I would think the interest would be an expense and there would not be any stock dilution? am i correct in this? Thanks for the info!
There was no answer for this directly but it was said several time they know what they have and they don not want to give away the farm to keep going. They invited us to call them, both Tony and Nadar if we have further queestions.
