Ok good for you then, of course if all shareholders in Siaf would send this kind of signals to the BOD "achieve a PE of 1,4-2 for our company we will be delighted", no matter that you are one of the worst performing BOD's in the world....luckily I do not think that is the case :-)! Solomon have to start realizing that we actually have demands on him as a CEO and it is not his personal playground!!
Do you see any risk for Siaf taking on a credit line at DBS for 50-90M with TRW shares as collateral, to their financial health and future survival and letting these money work for the shareholders? N.B. at half the apr vs ecab and no dilution attached to it.
