the fact that according to the dea they are selling a schedule 1 drug and according to the fda their product cannot be marketed as a dietary supplement is 90% the reason for the current stock price. sorry.
yes if someone does not know mona and son are running this thing then obviously dd has not been done.
i actually applaud mona and the team for brilliant strategy.
they have the ear of people who are on the trump ag committee; and they have the ear of people who have the ear of rand paul; comer and mcdonnell.
and the hemp farming bill coming soon is rumoured to have strong support and could pass this session in which case cvsi would have a product that removed from the definition of marijuana; the fda will probably lose in federal court if they try anything; our product will not be taxed like rec marijuana; we will have a nationally trusted brand in 1100 stores; and we will get whole foods shortly after.
its a good gamble.
if you dont like the stock go buy Canada mj companies or stick with nasdaq stuff. after this stock i will never touch otc again.
