I own this stock but to be clear...there has been dilution here. It was convertible debt holders. When the OTC OS is updated I expect to see a much higher number than 2.1bil.

That being said...we all love rumors right??? There has been discussion on Twitter about an i3 buyout and that is the reason they are cleaning up the financials.

So...

dilution - yes, without a doubt
buyout...very likely
