Also, check out the Poolworks 8K,
The 10,000 preferred stock issued converts to 67+mil common shares
But not until the conversion date of either 6/30/17 or 8/7/17.
That tells me that Vert is banking on a substantial increase of the pps soon & of course they know things that we don't.
Definitely let us know when you hear from transfer agent. And also what your opinion is of the Poolworks 8K in regards to the conversion date.
