I have 1000 PPHM shares for starters as an example.

Now tell me what do I have if PPHM spins off PS-targeting in a separate company. AND include that, once that is the case what guarantees do I have that such spin off doesn't get sold under value because new shareholder with less history are going to probably be the new majority of OUR investment.
