The company that took over PMEA does not trade well. Not liquid. What 5k only today? Or something like that?? If this new company hits a down turn-- it is a massive fall from where the current stock price is.

PMEA is already down--- can't hurt investors in the same way. Look at the 52 week trading range of PMEA and then look at the trading range of the company that took them over-- If problems occur (for the new company) it could be a nasty fall and massive loss for PMEA investors who stuck around. I am out, just tried to warn others. Good Luck!!!

Exactly right. We are getting these shares as payment for the Evada division only. We will retain ALL OF OUR PMEA shares.

So which is it one poster said Pmea shares dissolved you say not? Think I'll keep my mouth shut and wait until specifics are released I might have caused spreading misinformation from unreliable source lol
