The company that took over PMEA does not trade well. Not liquid. What 5k only today? Or something like that?? If this new company hits a down turn-- it is a massive fall from where the current stock price is.
PMEA is already down--- can't hurt investors in the same way. Look at the 52 week trading range of PMEA and then look at the trading range of the company that took them over-- If problems occur (for the new company) it could be a nasty fall and massive loss for PMEA investors who stuck around.
