I don't know and I don't care at this moment.

What I'm looking at now are three factors:

1. "Z" market: They have the huge Chinese market waiting to be taken, especially the taxi cars.

2. "Z" people. I know they are capable people by looking at what they have achieved both at Jinbo and ZJMY in last ten years and seven years respectively. After meeting with CEO and their lawyer, I'm more confident that they can get things done.

3. "Z" technology: They have integrated technology systems to solve four big problems faced by EV industry as a whole. As CEO described, they are standing on the shoulders of two giants: Tesla and BYD.

That is enough for me to sleep tight at night for my investment in JB&ZJMY.
