I just read a name change article from 2015.

I got no good answer, I just dont think it is that reason.


The only thing I can think of is -

Perhaps, its just waiting to release it at the right time. Management is long-term shareholders, whether it spikes last year, tomorrow or in 2 years doesnt make a difference to them once it is done.

But what may make a difference, is if they think next years financials will blow people out of the water, and they just want to wait because you never get a second chance at a first impression. Or maybe they think that time is now (this week please!) as a better showing than November.
