Present endeavors regarding compensation and lack of transparency allow for seeds of mistrust regarding management's intentions. I, as other investors, do not wish to be thrown under the bus due to our misplaced faith in the board. Finding out that they are paying themselves without reaching milestones is disconcerting. It's true they don't owe us any explanation, maybe they are keeping results and key information close to the chest to prevent rivals and MM manipulations from damaging their plans. However, is it much to ask for some measure of reassurance concerning their designs?
