Two things I see as fundamentally holding this back. One, another poster mentioned it and I could not find it after reading the financials. How did we pay for the mining acqusition? It talked about the others. Two, the lawsuit about icbu not turning over convertible shares. Real stock prices refect fundamentals. Dilution machines just run and crash. These issues must be addressed. Dont get me wrong, I own shares here, but right now it seems more like smoke and mirrors.

Looking back at PR's of times they mention Audited Financials.
Too many, and for years. YEARS!

Good they have this and that going on in attempting real business.
Not good they don't audit the damn financials so they/shareholders can move on.
