Of course there has been dilution. Read the filings. Good Hunting (LaBarre's little scam with Tamara Hunt) gives small loans in exchange for deeply discounted stock.

Then read the DirecTV court order I posted here several times which shows the relationship between Scammer LaBarre and Tamara Hunt and how Scammer LaBarre cashed checks made out to Hunt and deposited the funds in his own bank account.

BTDG is a criminal's scam.
