A little research would reveal that the FDA does not require a refiling fee and the reasons are obvious. And, as the initial fee of $2.3 Million was waived, the filing was made at no cost to Elite. As always, I am happy to provide the research when there is none.

As for waiting 6 months for approval post resubmission, I see no problem with that. Is there a problem we should be concerned with? No, I think not.
