#11949 RE: Julius Erving #11948

A contractor is nothing more than someone who wants to sell something to an operator if they ever find one. They need an operator and they need financing. Those they have not found in years of trying. A contractor means NOTHING.

These are just more weasel words that Ntephe is famous for. They may sound good at first reading but they are meaningless and are designed to intentionally mislead people.

He did the same thing on the oil shows. He knew damn well that Tarach was a dry hole but he tried to make it sound otherwise. Some were actually fooled. I wasn't. This JDZ statement is the exact same BS. All talk. Zero substance.

I don't believe a word Ntephe says.

What is really interesting to me it's. ..

....The 180 days potentially required for a start crest deal.

Why so long?

Could it be that they want to wait until the convertible debt to expire and default on them?

Since we have probably reached the A/S, and without a reverse split, the CN holders can't convert to shares under that scenario.

So erhc owes them money instead of a conversion and erhc simply defaults and maybe they go bye bye.

Hence the need for about 180 days.
