I thought with a name change, or maybe it's only of the CUSIP changes too, that all outstanding shares had to be accounted for?

DOLV yes, a powder keg waiting to be set off. The deep pockets are accumulating as much of the float as possible before the ticker change. The more days we stay on the Reg Sho list, the higher we spike when they have to cover.
