LETs think this through logically. Why would Wayne do a spin off contacting the SEC to getting them involved and turning it into a scam. It makes no sense!!! That's saying to the SEC take me to jail please. Wayne acknowledge there were troubles with the brokerage houses and we was working on it. Proof is people are getting their share!!! As far as the Marina in my mind no one has asked the correct questions to Kawa.
