Regarding the right to try laws, which states have passed and the new administration is supporting on the national level:
"One state that has passed such legislation is the state of Indiana, with the bill being signed by the current sitting Vice President, Mike Pence."
That, coupled with the fact that Trump is on board with it and tripled with the fact that Gottleib attributes his cancer recovery to the use of investigational medicine is a definite plus.

Wonderful post! Although I do not think the FDA will utilize the full 60 days the second time around. Either way I'm long here holding a few million shares until next year maybe longer. It is very likely that there is an offer(s) on the table right now. My guess is that they are contingent on the commercialization of Myocell. We shall see. Thanks for sharing all your thoughts!

Great post! Definitely a great company to invest in for big returns. $USRM will soar. Just loaded another million shares. CEO of the company is very transparent and working cooperatively with the FDA.
