Why would any competent company create a new brand that is exactly the same as the old brand and just change the name.

HJOE just changed the graphics. Only from the simple mind of Adamson is this a good idea.

Watch and learn - KBM is going to get a default judgement against HJOE and then they will file for bankruptcy and the shareholders will officially wiped out.
