i speculate a lot of various and seemingly unrelated phenomena affect people whom are the inceptor's of war.

the sun is a huge factor driving weather,...so solar flare and electro-magnetic activity, etc.

i also think phenomena like electro-magnetic frequency and microwaves can create an unbalanced individual and that makes their decisions imbalanced.

ah,...the things seen and unseen.
