This will have an immediate impact tomorrow IMO. People will start to put 2 and 2 together and understand that this is the place to be. Bargain of a price too.
The stock is down about 50% since his confirmation hearing on 5 April. To me, that's a much bigger deal than the swearing-in itself. It's now no surprise that he's taking the post, so I can't see how it will have any immediate impact at all. That is, unless his first official act in his new capacity as commissioner is to immediately approve RMAT designation for USRM.
