They are trying to insulate the Pref B, from a reverse thus making it apply to only the common. Seeing only bad intentions from the B series holder from here.

if they do a big reverse split, then prepare to have most of your shares stripped naked.. LOL and at the adjusted price, you will still be in the same fix money wise..

RS a long ways away, if ever, IMHO.

First Scenario: There will be no chance at a up listing until the weed is legal at the federal level. No up list, no reverse split.
Slight chance of Federally legal MJ with this administration. Even with an up list the company may reach the price point on it's own and no RS would be required.


Second Scenario: The price drops enough to make management believe it could be brought out. The reverse split could happen to protect the company. Stock would have to drop much more than it has.
