The lease has never incepted. "Discussing" moving the AOT to another location is something entirely different. We were led to believe for months the lease would be accepted. Not the case. No evidence to show lease will be performed and all of the circumstantial evidence suggests it won't be.
As to Cenovus, the first 50% payment was due 30 days or less after the deal was signed (Nov 28, 2016). The first payment was therefore due in 2016. No sign of the payment.
With all due respect AISI your below comment on the KM / QSEP company quote states 'are considering moving the AOT test facility to a different............' To 'consider' doesn't immediately infer that the 2 companies are still working together. That is pure conjecture and is based on QSEP's PR propaganda in the hope of convincing SH to keep the 'alternate reality' alive.
IMHO it's best to conclude that we simply do not know what the reality is regarding the KM / QSEP relationship. -------------------------------------------------------------- Yet, in plain text in the latest 10K they claim to be working with Kinder Morgan.
