I Agee! My measly thoughts:
Poly cannot make it happen. Big money and Washington will if they need and want it. I am guessing that a domestic big boy, possibly X, will want it and the permits will miraculously be processed. I heard several months ago that X was talking about buying Plm out, but of coarse the little guy will not know didily squat. This is why I have been following Jrsh's theories. Sometimes I believe the downward manipulation is being conducted by a big domestic player.
