If I were you I'd try a series of acupuncture treatments for your child along with taking CBD oil daily. Acupuncture has the ability to rewire our brains over time as it stimulates every nerve fiber in a therapeutic way. Twice weekly for a month or two and you might begin to see some change, perhaps sooner. The CBD oil is completely non psychoactive and non toxic but has the ability to regrow nerve tissue. I regrew my lingual nerve that was damaged by a dental injection. Oral surgeons told me nothing could be done and I suffered for 7 1/2 years with constant burning pain in my tongue.
