They submitted their 8k, but it wasn't published for some reason. I e-mailed the company asking about what the status was and they sent me this picture, which is their submission.
Now, I don't necessarily know what that means, and why they sent such a shit picture, but apparently that's the submission number. So it'll more than likely be published tomorrow. If it isn't, then EDGAR didn't accept their submission. Fingers crossed till then, but the 8k has been filed.
