Fingers crossed baby :-) Judge Lane is clearly not going to release one dime until everything is settled. He's made that pretty clear.

Looks like this group is appealing. They seem like real "thorns in the sides" this bunch.

So much for quick resolution, unless Judge tosses them quickly.
