Can anyone tell me who has those 8,132 preferred series B shares. You know...the ones that convert into over 20 billion common shares?! Who has them? Shouldn't they (he) have been listed as a 10% beneficial owner...? ;) I'd sure like to know. I'll find out from the SEC, US Attorney's Office Central District California...
