Bemax isn't a "newer" company - the CEO claims to have been in business since 2012.

When researching a OTCM company and they have a virtual office for the corporate headquarters - it is a huge red flag.

The CEO is spending $59 per month on a virtual office - that is too funny and just more deception by the CEO.
