If I based my trading decisions solely on short term I would stay away from this. But looking at this long term, this will 100% go higher. This CEO isn't out to make a couple bucks scamming people and risk his reputation.
He is already successful and doesn't need this business. Cellucci Associates manages a $2 billion fund. If he lost his reputation no one would buy any more of his books or ever take him seriously again as a professional. He has a lot more to lose than to gain with a scam.
Know what you own and have confidence that the management team is going to come through.
