They should be out of shares now, my guess the 25 B was exhausted several weeks back, so nothing left to dilute.

My opinion is we will not hear from them again unless they are granted a rs and then an increase in the as to continue the only verifiable business they have, selling paper.

It's a a shame for all here.

Depends, but they can still issue shares for various reasons and don't have to register shares issued offshore. But, IMO, much of the volume has been the already issued billions of discounted shares, likely issued at .00006 or lower. Typical Kristul, maybe he and all insiders will cash in their combined shares valued under $14....
