Suppose the public starts requesting testing supermarket produce, Farmers corn, alfalfa and soy beans? Will the lowly Idaho potato even pass?
The stringent MJ testing is going to open a new can of worms on public perception of the nations food supply.
SGBY may be asked to test something other than MJ in the future, IMO

(4) Nothing in this rule is intended to change the requirement that a processor who qualifies for yearly random testing must have all usable marijuana tested for pesticides and may only use usable marijuana that has passed pesticide testing in the processor’s cannabinoid concentrates or extracts.
