Hi fringe - I don't think there's anyone who knows the answers. One thing to consider is the use of subsidiary entities that often is done to meet foreign ownership requirements.
I don't know the answers but these guys seem to have very vivid imaginations, even if they don't express their dreams in grammatically elegant fashion, for putting together combinations of entities that create value for shareholders, value that seems to subsume trend and momentum analysis.
That's one of the reasons that audited statements will be so important to value the combined entities. Remember in EKWX when many thought that TA and company projections would create a huge gainer? The CEO kept issuing these frilly PR's. Yet, he kept the assets in a private entity and used the public entity for dilution. The current share price is pretty predictable despite charts that indicated bullish patterns.
there is no sign that anything like that is happening here.
