@flaviker, the assets are worth nothing curently. It will only have value when the technology can actually be commercialized. The noteholders will have to decide how they will go forward. They can put new money to try to develop it on their own, find a partner with capital to fund it, or let an outside vender try to develop it. There are many options for the noteholders to consider. It will still cost them additional money to develop besides legal fees.
