With which bond? Or would he have to get another bond that doesn't have a Cease and Desist order against him? What country would that bond come from? Never have been able to verify ownership of that Venezuelan bond or that it is contractually obligated to CVSU, CSHD, WGAS or anybody else. Yes, probably would require a new bond.
