What's your point? Any stock that moves is of benefit to those who flip and sell? That's what most people do with penny stocks, As you know if you invest regularly. Penny stocks by definition are short term investments for the major portion of them. Not to say you can't hold onto them when you catch them at a good price and make money on the long term too, but generally news moves penny stocks and people invest in anticipation of those moves. EVERYBODy does. The thing is, we know this stock is reliable and we KNOW it's going to go upward significantly in the next coming week. You don't want to buy a stock that won't move do you? lol Hell I know I dont!
