Just keep your expectations in check and realistic. Unless the price of commodities sky rockets to 8-10 dollars per/lb of copper, I don't see how this stock ever gets over 2.50/3.00 even after permits. This is still a great return on investment if you're cost/average is in the .80's or lower.
