CEO's blog post on March 13 mentioned application to FDA for RMAT designation. Even if we assume the application went through on March 13, 60 days will take us to May 13 at the latest. I personally believe the company applied before March 13, hence the FDA decision could come any time any day.

Yes they have up to 60 days from end of March .. I am ready too been buying these 7's up all week
