Actually my belief is that Toledo Advisors now owns zero shares. They filed a protective Form 4 whIle they were dumping because they obtained a massive amount of shares and didn't want to run afoul of the SEC reporting rules while dumping all those highly dilutive shares.
Anybody who knows anything about these predatory lenders knows they don't invest in these companies. They take a huge upfront fee, charge interest, They screw these companies and their shareholders over, they squeeze every dime out of the desperate companies that they can, and then they move on to the next failing company and do it again. They don't invest. That is not their business model.
