RAT: recommend you read further and between the lines. Kelvin and his team remain atop MDCN and are making tremendous progress. Unfortunately its not market ready until all issues are clean and cleared. Obviously it has taken longer than anticipated..... Longs are here for RS and climb. Weak links merely complain. GO MDCN...
